Worcestershire-based Atwell International Ltd is delighted to announce it has been named a finalist in the inaugural Worcestershire Innovation Champion Award 2026, a new award introduced as part of Worcestershire TechFest 2.0, celebrating organisations driving innovation and positive impact across the county.
The Worcestershire Innovation Champion Award recognises businesses that demonstrate forward-thinking approaches, positive impact and leadership within their sector. Atwell’s shortlisting reflects its continued focus on innovation within the lift industry, including the development of the VG AiO Speed Watcher, an award-winning safety solution recognised at the Ellies Europe Awards in October 2025.

The overall winner of the Worcestershire Innovation Champion Award 2026 will be decided through a combination of public voting and judges’ scores. Public voting opens on 12 January 2026, with the winner set to be revealed live at the closing night of Worcestershire TechFest on Thursday 26 February 2026, held at Stanbrook Abbey, Worcester.
