Distinctive Group

Worcestershire County Cricket Club has announced a new partnership with local catering specialist Paisley Flour Catering, who will become the Club’s sole matchday food hospitality catering partner at New Road.

The appointment will see Paisley Flour, which is based in Stourport-on-Severn, responsible for delivering all matchday hospitality catering across the ground. By working with a single local partner, the Club aims to create a more consistent food and hospitality offer while continuing its commitment to supporting Worcestershire businesses and raising standards of excellence for members, supporters and guests.

The partnership will see a wide variety of cuisines, styles of service and uniquely created menus introduced across the club’s New Road site. Each hospitality area will have its own tailored offering, designed to suit the space and audience while maintaining a consistent standard throughout the venue.

Head of Hospitality at Worcestershire County Cricket Club, Charlotte Little, said: “At the heart of our business is a real focus on delivering the best possible customer experience at New Road, which is why working with Paisley Flour feels like such a good fit for us.

“They share the same values around quality, care and attention to detail, and supporting a local business that prioritises high-quality, locally sourced produce was a key part of our decision.

Having worked closely with Emma and her talented team before, I’m really pleased to be building on that relationship and taking our matchday hospitality offering to the next level this summer and beyond.

Paisley Flour is an award-winning, bespoke catering company specialising in weddings, corporate events and private dining. Known for its creative approach and focus on locally sourced, seasonal produce, the business will play a central role in delivering refreshed food offerings across the ground on matchdays.

Matchday highlights will include a crowd-pleasing BBQ in the club’s WODR bar and cafe, an interactive around-the-world dining experience in the Chestnut Marquee, with chefs present during service to create a more engaging and memorable experience, and a renewed food offering at BEARD where the menus will vary on each matchday, featuring street-style bowl food designed to get people talking.

Emma Passey, Owner and Managing Director at Paisley Flour Catering, said: “We’re very proud to be working with the Club and we’re looking forward to bringing our talent and fresh ideas, seasonal food and varied menus to the ground and playing our part in delivering an excellent matchday experience.”

The new partnership will be in place for the 2026 season and beyond, with both organisations working closely together to deliver best in class, locally driven food and hospitality at New Road.
